Project scope was:
- The design & installation of refrigeration, air conditioning & ventilation systems in two integrated croissant lines of 2250sq.m
Performed applications:
- Oven’s area ventilation with fresh-filtered air and heat exhaust. Fully automatic system regulated by plant demand and ambient temperature variations
- Lamination rooms low temperature air conditioning 16oC / 18oC with humidity control
- Packing area comfort air conditioning 27oC
- Special system for ovens’ burners supply with filtered air
