Project scope was:

Design & construction of the industrial air-conditioning & refrigeration systems of the Chipita factory in Konstantinoupolis (Istanbul), Turkey

The design was exclusively based on our own know-how & faces the following issues:

• Industrial air-conditioning of the Laminatories & the production area 

• Equipment (condensing units) assembled by our company. 
• Low temperature & humidity control
• Use of “hygienic” methods & equipment

•Special Ventilation of the production area

• Supply of filtered fresh air 
• Positive air pressure inside the production area.
• Creation of a “clean” production environment to avoid contamination risk.

•Cold rooms -Temperature of 0/+4^οC, 100 kW cooling capacity

• Special propylene glycol chiller for cream production
