Our company has provided the central cooling and heating systems for FENIX Hotel, Glyfada Greece.

The HVAC systems incorporated a special application which led to significant energy conservation in heating due to the fact room setting temperature and supplied hot water temperature is determined by ambient temperature by a special algorithm. That means that in semi-weather when ambient temperature is moderate automatically the produced heating is lower compared to a cold day before this is clearly observed by the rooms thermostats and afterwards instruct the heating system to cut-off. With this method we avoided to heat the building structure more than what is needed leading to significant energy conservation.

We also designed and materialized the HVAC systems for the two conference halls of the hotel.
