The project included:
Building Constructions
HVAC system. A modern cooling, heating, ventilation (HVAC) system will be designed and installed, which will ensure the following:
- Cleanliness of EuGMP Grade D Areas (ISO 8)
- Overpressure 10 Pa from clean to clean and 15 Pa from clean to unclean. The air flow will be from the blistering areas to the outside aisle
Maintaining temperatures T = 20-24oC in all areas and relative humidity RH ≤ 65%
Dedusting system
- Dust suction and dusting system 6,000 – 7,000 m3 / h
- Self-cleaning filter unit
Installation work on Process machines
- Electrical Supplies to production machines
- Reinstallation of production lines
Commissioning & Certification of Clean room
Our Company commissioned the HVAC ventilation air conditioning system as well as the certification of the Cleanroom according to ISO 14644 which included particle measurements and class certification, air flow measurements and alternation certification, certification of differential pressures, temperatures and relative humidity, tests smoke and recovery test in every place.
