HPL DeltaCEILING™
This particular WALKABLE DeltaCeiling HPL made by Delta2000, a company specialized in the design, production and installation of cleanrooms, is suitable for several sectors: Pharmaceutical, Biomedical,Chemical, Cosmetic and Food.
Without forgetting structural projects for hospitals.
The HPL DeltaCEILING high pressure laminate panel has between six and eight layers of Kraft paper, impregnated in thermosetting and compact resins.
It’s finished with special decorative paper featuring a special pattern or a solid colour. The layers are compacted to create a highly durable surface. Dense, hard, durable, easy to clean and requiring little maintenance. The use of thermosetting products, such as resin, allows the laminated panel to harden thanks to the high temperatures to which it is subjected.
Layered HPL is a material mainly used for internal areas, subject to specific environmental conditions. It’s generally not recommended for external use.
Internally it is made with one or more layers of cellulose fibres, impregnated in phenolic resins. On the other hand, the surface consists of one or more layers of cellulose fibres with an aesthetic function, impregnated with thermosetting resins.
The advantages of high pressure laminate:
– Customizable
– Resistant to bumps and scratches
